Mark E. Seitelman is the principal attorney.
Mark E. Seitelman handles all aspects of a clients case in either a "hand-on" or supervisory capacity. He has handled over 10,000 client matters.
Mark E. Seitelman is admitted to practice in New York as well as other courts, such as the U.S. Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals for the 2d Circuit. He is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 1979) and Brooklyn College (B.A. 1976).
In 1990 Mr. Seitelman opened Mark E. Seitelman Law Offices, P.C., which concentrates in plaintiffs' personal injury and insurance matters.

Michael Goldfarb

Michael has settled thousands of personal injury cases.
Michael is our "inside" man. In law firm parlance an "inside" man manages and prepares cases in the office for either settlement or trial as compared to trying cases in court. In managing clients' cases, he meets with clients from initial sign-up to closing.
Michael's expertise is settling cases, such as direct negotiations with the insurance company, negotiations with defense counsel, private mediation, arbitrations, and negotiations in court.
Michael Goldfarb is admitted to practice in New York. He is a graduate of New York Law School (J.D. 1992) and the University of Maryland (B.S. 1987).
Mirsade Bajraktarevic

Mirsade is a trial attorney.
She spends almost every day in court handling trials, hearings, motions, depositions, and court conferences. Her personal injury experience began as early as law school where she worked at the Staten Island Torts Division of the Corporation Counsel, the attorneys for the City of New York.
She represents the Albanian community in personal injury, property damage, and insurance matters. Mirsade speaks fluent Albanian.

Mara G. Pandolfo

Mara handles our many court appearances, such as motions, preliminary conferences, pre-trial conferences, examinations before trial, and Municipal Law 50-H hearings.
She is fluent in French and majored in French in college.
Mara G. Pandolfo is admitted in New York, New Jersey, and District of Columbia. She is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 2008) and Connecticut College (B.A. 2005).
Donald Casale

Donald is a senior attorney with much varied experience in trials, appeals, and all-around handling of cases. Don has 30+ years of experience on both the plaintiffs and defense side of personal injury and insurance matters.
His varied experience has included stints at Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer (defense firm), Fuchsberg & Fuchsberg (plaintiff's' firm), The Cochran Law Firm (representing plaintiffs), and CNA Insurance Company. Don has been with us for at least 6 years.

Nicholas A. Chivily

Nick is "of counsel" to our office. That means that Nick works for us part-time while handling his own, independent law practice. In the 1990's he was one of our full-time associate attorneys.
Nick handles both "inside" and "outside" work for us. The "inside" work consists of file reviews, preparation of pleadings, and any estates aspect of our personal injury work. His "outside" work includes litigation work outside the office, such as City hearings, court appearances, and examinations before trial.
Nick has handled thousands of personal injury cases.
Nicholas A. Chivily is admitted to practice in New York. He is a graduate of Albany Law School (J.D. 1989) and Syracuse University (B.A. 1986).
Irina Roller
Irina handles both personal injury matters and administrative matters against the New York City Department of Education regarding the provision of special education to children with special needs. She is currently in private practice handling primarily special education cases.
Irina is fluent in Russian and has represented many members of the New York Russian community.
Irina Roller is admitted in New York. She is a graduate of New York Law School (J.D. 1999) and Hofstra University (B.A. 1996).
Minna S. Monte

Minna is our office administrator. She manages and runs the business side of the office and supervises the non-lawyer personnel. She also is our client ombudsman, firm conscience, and trouble shooter.
