MARK E. SEITELMAN LAW OFFICES, P.C.'s primary focus is handling cases on behalf of people injured in accidents and people who have insurance claims and disputes.

We are a full service office in that we handle each client's case from initial interview, litigation, trial, appeal, to closing. This capability and experience allows us the insight to view a client's problem from the "whole picture." Many other firms subcontract-out various phases of a client's case. We do not.

We have the honor of being recognized as one of the nation's preeminent law firms. We have Martindale-Hubbell's coveted and highest rating of "preeminent" in its Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.

Mr. Seitelman has also been honored as a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to attorneys whom have obtained verdicts and settlements in excess of $1,000,000.

Our firm consists of seven attorneys and ten paralegals. Our senior attorneys have extensive experience of at least 20 years. For example, Mr. Seitelman and Mr. Casale have been practicing since 1980. Mr. Lyons has been practicing since 1969. Our senior attorneys have experience in both representing injured people as well as insurance companies. This experience provides us with a unique insight into each client's case.

Our attorneys and paralegals are active in professional education and bar association life. All of our lawyers take continuing education courses each year. Mr. Seitelman is a member of the board of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a writer and lecturer to his fellow trial lawyers.

Although we have a large and busy office we strive to provide personal attention to each of our clients. This is why 98% of our clients have been referred by either past clients, present clients, and other attorneys.

We invite you to call us with your inquiries.
